2) What products will be developed in the next year
of Topcity?
Topcity has a unique advantage in LED control solutions.
Now we focus on the cree led chip led lights,Also we refer
to the OBD canbus series products.
3) What is the main market for Topcity?
We are selling more to Europe and North America because the
markets have high quality standard for LED products. The rate
is up to 60-70% but other new markets are increasing in demand
of the new LED technology. We are also optimistic about the
markets for other American and Asian regions.
4) What LEDs do you usually use for your LED products?
For high power LED luminaries we mainly use Cree and Edison
LEDs, but We use some Bridgelux. We also consider using more
multi-chip LED brands like Bridgelux and Sharp, as the multi-chip
technology will be intensively used by manufacturers.
5) What is Topcity lead time?
Usually we ship orders in 2 weeks but it will take a little
longer depending on the production task. It also takes time
if the product is not standard.
6) Do you have warranty for products?
Yes, we have 1- and 2-year warranties for different kinds of
products. During the period, if customers have the approval
showing product quality issues and if certified by Topcity engineers,
we would request customers to ship back the failure parts and
replace new items with the transportation charges paid by us.
